Think TQ provides methodological structure to help you raise your pursuit of excellence, consistently employing the 4 R's: doing the Right Things, the Right Way, for the Right Reasons, all at the Right Time, for you to live the life you want in all its areas.

    This system works because when you master the 4 R's you will be working smarter, living smarter, simply because you have

improved your Working Intelligence, or TQ.

    Your TQ measures your ability to produce Results over Time. When you produce more results in less time your TQ rises, produce fewer Results and your TQ falls.

    This system uses the metaphor of a Time Prism that represents your power to produce results; this Prism separates your power into 10 Colours of the Performance Spectrum. By looking at the intensity of each Colour on your Quiz results, you can see exactly where your Colours are strong or where they are weak and faded.

    Left to chance and circumstances, your Colours will fade to black. To improve your personal power, you must choose to increase the intensity of each Colour, isolating the Negatives present within your performance, and turn them into Positives. This takes skill, specifically, the skill to turn the Factors that drive the intensity of each Colour from Off to On.

    As you eliminate each Negative, your Colours grow brighter, and your Power grows up. Your TQ rises because there are fewer Negatives driving your performance, driving your Life.

    The 10 Colours/Factors are: Energy, Mission, Attitude, Set Goals, Make Plans, Prioritize, Synergize, Organize, Optimize, Act Now; this system serves as a supporting structure to the inner work from the outer world!
